Jason Williamson is a Gulf War veteran, and his work in real estate spans over 25 years, and he owns and operates the nonprofit Williamson Resource Foundation, which partners with local VA chapters to educate the public on financial literacy and helps unhoused individuals. He didn’t stop there; Ross proactively scheduled a follow-up visit within 48 hours to install the parts and get the system working as it should. This proactive and efficient approach was a stark contrast to the frustration the customer had faced for months while dealing with the installation company. Ross’s actions not only resolved the issue but also left the customer relieved and grateful for the swift resolution.

Responsive and Passionate

In addition to Ross’s technical prowess, his responsiveness and passion for supporting the Next Day Access brand have made him a valuable asset to the North Houston location. In July, he responded to two VA service calls regarding non-functioning Highlander VPLs, both of which had been out of order for over seven weeks. Within just 24 hours of the first call, Ross had not only identified the problems but also ordered the necessary parts, all under warranty.

His swift actions not only restored these vital mobility solutions to working order but also exemplified the high level of customer service that Next Day Access prides itself on. Ross’s dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are a testament to the company’s values and its mission to improve the quality of life for its clients.

The EasyLift is an easy-to-use platform lift providing access between two levels for wheelchair users and individuals with impaired mobility and walking restrictions. This platform lift can install indoors or outside, giving access where there is a height difference of levels, up to 1.25m or 4.1ft. The elegant design of the lift is simple, stylish, but most importantly, functional.

It operates in a few different ways. It can be controlled by using the three buttons on the lift, a supplied remote control, or the control panels above and below the lift. The lift’s intuitive operation and adaptable design make it suitable for many different situations. This means any user can quickly become familiar with the EasyLift, wherever they first use it.

Almakhamreh moved to the United States from Jordan in 2016. Since living in the Oak Brook area, he opened an LLC consulting for foreign services. While in Jordan, Almakhamreh practiced law and prior to that was a supervisor for a dealer universal vehicle company. He also served in the Jordan military for seven years. 

With the desire of wanting to start something new and challenging, Almakhamreh connected with a franchise agent and discovered Next Day Access. After learning more about the brand’s mission and meeting the staff, he felt Next Day Access is the right fit.
