This month, we’d like to highlight the journey of Matthew Boncada, Next Day Access San Antonio’s very own. 

Matthew joined the Next Day Access San Antonio team in September 2022, ready to assist the existing technician and embark on a new adventure in San Antonio. He packed up his belongings, his dog Harley and drove solo from Salt Lake City to San Antonio. Little did he know that his adventure would take an unexpected turn on his very first day. As fate would have it, the existing technician left the company abruptly, leaving Matthew as their newest and sole technician.

What followed was an astonishing 11-month transformation that showcased Matthew’s dedication and resilience. He not only learned a myriad of skills but also gained profound product knowledge across their entire range. Matthew’s relentless pursuit of knowledge and improvement turned him into not just a technician but also a leader.

Today, Matthew leads a team of three employees, passing on his wealth of knowledge and skills to them on a daily basis. His rapid ascent from a solo technician to a team leader is a testament to his hard work and commitment. We applaud Matthew for the tremendous effort he has put into reaching the level he’s at now.

As we move forward, we’re excited to witness the continued growth of Matthew and the entire team. Matthew’s journey is a reminder that adaptability, determination, and a thirst for knowledge are the keys to success. Congratulations, Matthew, you are our Tech of the Month, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you and your team!
