Jamie comes into the franchising world with a wealth of experience, having worked in corporate settings enhancing customer experiences for over two decades. Amy, a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), has been serving within the medical community in both clinical and non-clinical roles. Their combined expertise and passion for helping others made owning a franchise location with Next Day Access a no-brainer.

One of the challenges Amy has noticed when working with rehabilitation patients is that while they might be ready to go home, their homes might not be ready for their specific needs. Most individuals do not realize how inaccessible their home can be until they are forced to navigate it. Amy passionately advocates about aging in place, and she focuses heavily on empowering her community to remain safe and independent in their homes. “We want people to go back home instead of a rehab or nursing facility,” Amy says. With Florida being a highly-sought-after retirement haven, many who are aging in place are not surrounded by family members. “We care a lot about serving the community and customizing their needs,” says Jamie. 

With Amy’s clinical expertise, Jamie’s problem solving skills, and their combined passion for personalized solutions, the Powells are eager to continue the heart of their mission: improving lives through accessibility.
