Recently we were in need of a handicapped ramp for my mother’s home in Parma. We sent an email to Next Day Access of Northeast Ohio on their website. We received an immediate response from Todd Vesco. He had someone out the next day to measure and assess our needs. Todd was extremely polite and very informative. He sent us the estimate and a drawing of the ramp within a day. Due to some upcoming doctor appointments we asked it be installed by a certain date. Todd actually was able to have it installed for us even soon than expected. The installers did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite and courteous. They truly seemed to care about their work. They made sure we were pleased with how everything looked and made sure any of our concerns were handled. It’s great to see there are still people out there that take pride in their work. 5 stars isn’t enough!! A big THANK YOU to Todd and his team. You all are amazing!! You’ve made my mom’s life a little brighter!
