Why St. Louis Families Trust Next Day Access

When stairs start getting in the way, you just need straight answers, dependable equipment, and a local team that shows up when they say they will. At Next Day Access, we combine fast turnaround with genuine, personal care – from your first call to your completed installation.

Here is what you can expect when you work with our St. Louis team:

• Our own people, never subcontractors: When our van pulls into your driveway, you get our team, not a third-party crew hired for the day. We have full-time, W-2 technicians who are factory-trained and certified on every lift and ramp we carry. They take their time, protect your walls, and leave your home spotless.

• A focus on the whole home, not just a sale: As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders, our evaluation goes beyond measuring a staircase. We look at how you navigate your entire living space to ensure the solution keeps you safe and independent for years to come.

• Over 100 local families helped: Over the last two-plus years, we’ve put stairlifts into just over 100 homes across Greater St. Louis. We aren’t trying to be a massive volume outfit – we stay focused on completing careful, personal work for every family who calls us.

• In stock locally, installed in 2 to 3 days: Waiting weeks for freight shipping isn’t an option when someone can’t get to their bedroom. We keep trusted equipment in our local St. Louis warehouse. This includes Bruno Elan and Elite lifts, Access BDD HomeGlide and FlowX, and American Access modular ramps. For standard setups, we usually go from your first phone call to a finished installation in just two to three days.

• Direct, honest communication: We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When you call our office, you’ll talk to people who live here, know the products inside and out, and will give you straight answers from day one.
