Meet Our Team
The team at Next Day Access Joplin & Springfield strives to create customized and safe solutions for members in their communities. Next Day Access Joplin & Springfield is veteran-owned by Chad and Cindy Quayle. Chad is a retired U.S. Army officer, and Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran.
We’re Chad and Cindy Quayle, owners of Next Day Access Northwest Arkansas and Joplin/Springfield. We’re both military veterans. Chad retired from the Army and Cindy served in the Navy. Military life took us to different places over the years, but the Ozarks eventually became the place we chose to call home.
We moved to Fayetteville when the Army sent Chad to teach at the University of Arkansas. We quickly fell in love with Northwest Arkansas, decided to stay after retirement, and raised our two boys here.
Our connection to Missouri goes back even further. When our boys were young and we were stationed in Leavenworth, Kansas, we spent many weekends driving the back roads of the Show-Me State chasing trains. As they got older, trains were replaced by wrestling tournaments, and we found ourselves traveling all over Missouri. Name a small town in Southwest Missouri, and there’s a pretty good chance we’ve been there for wrestling! Before starting Next Day Access, Chad worked in IT and procurement in the corporate world, while Cindy taught English as a second language to university students and wrote mystery novels. Today, we’re bringing those different experiences together with a shared goal of helping people throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri live safely and independently in the homes they love.
We’re also both Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS), which gives us a better understanding of how thoughtful changes to a home can make everyday life safer, easier, and more comfortable.
For us, Next Day Access is about neighbors helping neighbors. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve communities on both sides of the Arkansas-Missouri state line and look forward to helping our neighbors find accessibility solutions that allow them to live more comfortably and independently in the places they call home.
Chad Quayle, Co-Owner
Chad is a retired U.S. Army officer. After the Army sent him to teach ROTC at the University of Arkansas, he and Cindy chose to stay in Fayetteville and raise their two sons here. His military and corporate background shape how the team works: listen first, treat people with respect, and build lasting relationships.
Cindy Quayle, Co-Owner
Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran, ESL teacher, and mystery author. Together with Chad, she is proud to run this veteran-owned franchise and help neighbors throughout Northwest Arkansas live safely and independently in the homes they love.
