Rich Lynch is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of experience leading and growing industrial companies of all sizes. He now brings his expertise in operations, leadership, and customer service to his role as owner and operator of Next Day Access of Central and Western Massachusetts, serving the Worcester and Springfield territories.
Rich is passionate about helping individuals age in place safely and independently by providing mobility and accessibility solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Known for his dedication to family, friends, and community, he takes pride in being a trusted local resource committed to helping neighbors find the right solutions for greater safety, independence, and peace of mind at home.
