Kayla Lalande, Co-Owner
Kayla brings over 15 years of experience as a medical social worker helping older adults and people with mobility limitations live safely and meaningfully in their own homes. Her career has centered on aging in place and caregiver support, with a focus on understanding what truly matters to each person and family she serves. At Next Day Access, Kayla combines her expertise as an accessibility partner for healthcare professionals with her ability to navigate home modification solutions to help clients find the right equipment to meet their needs. She believes that adapting a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming; it should feel empowering. Kayla lives in Wisconsin with her husband, Josh, and their two children. When she’s not meeting with clients, Kayla enjoys time outdoors, camping and gardening with native Wisconsin plants, and traveling with her family.
Josh Lalande, Co-Owner and Lead Installer
Josh has two decades of experience in professional installation and project management, leading teams and delivering high-quality work across Wisconsin. Known for his precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship, Josh takes pride in creating safe, functional, and welcoming home environments that make daily life easier for clients. He’s also deeply personable. Josh enjoys connecting with people, sharing a good laugh, and making each installation experience positive and stress-free. And as an avid Wisconsin sports enthusiast, he’ll happily talk Packers, Badgers, or Brewers with you all day long. Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with family, exploring Wisconsin’s trails and campgrounds, and working on hands-on projects that combine creativity and purpose.
