Andrew is a proud United States Air Force veteran who served for 20 years. His military service instilled a strong sense of integrity, dedication, and commitment to helping others that continues to guide his leadership today. He is passionate about building relationships with customers and ensuring every individual feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their accessibility journey.
Kortney Kuelper-Pratt, Human Resources & Accounting
Kortney brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality and operations, where she developed a deep understanding of customer care, organization, and team support. In overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll, she helps create a welcoming and dependable experience for both customers and employees alike. Her compassionate, people-centered mindset helps foster the caring environment that defines Next Day Access Montana.
