The team at Next Day Access Northwest Arkansas strives to create customized and safe solutions for members in their communities. Next Day Access Northwest Arkansas is veteran-owned by Chad and Cindy Quayle. Chad is a retired U.S. Army officer, and Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran.
Hi! We’re Chad and Cindy Quayle, owners of Next Day Access Northwest Arkansas. Like many families, we’ve seen firsthand how mobility challenges can affect the people we love. Whether it’s helping someone recover after surgery, making it easier for a family member to age in place, or adapting a home for someone living with a disability, we know how important it is to have solutions that make life safer and more comfortable. That’s why we chose to bring Next Day Access to Northwest Arkansas.
Service has always been an important part of our lives. Chad is a retired U.S. Army officer, and Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran. Our journey to Northwest Arkansas began when Chad was assigned to teach Army ROTC at the University of Arkansas. What started as a temporary assignment quickly became home. We fell in love with the people, the Ozarks, and the strong sense of community, so after Chad retired, we decided to stay in Fayetteville and raise our two sons here. Today, we’re proud to serve the community that has given so much to our family.
Chad’s military and corporate background, combined with Cindy’s experience as an ESL teacher and mystery author, has shaped the values we bring to our business: listening, treating people with respect, and building lasting relationships. We know that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and we don’t take that trust lightly. Our goal is to help our neighbors throughout Northwest Arkansas live safely, comfortably, and independently in the homes they love. We look forward to meeting you and serving your family.

Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran, ESL teacher, and mystery author. Together with Chad, she is proud to run this veteran-owned franchise and help neighbors throughout Northwest Arkansas live safely and independently in the homes they love.
