Jeffrey Todd, Owner
Born and raised in North Carolina, Jeffrey graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Afterwards, he completed a General Management certificate in the Executive Education program at the University of Texas. Jeffrey spent 35 years in the semiconductor industry in technical and leadership roles, introducing and improving various semiconductor technologies and products to contribute to many business successes over the years. He is married with three children, and is also the owner of Five Star Bath Solutions franchise in the Austin area.
Matt Groff, General Manager
Matt Groff is a retired high school principal with a 28-year career in education, including 14 years serving as a secondary principal—six years at Cedar Valley Middle School and eight years at Round Rock High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, a Master’s in Secondary Education, and a Certification in Principalship. Married to Christi Groff, a high school special education teacher, for 31 years, Matt is a proud husband and father. Their daughters, Haley (a pharmacist) and Hannah (a registered nurse), along with son-in-law Jaden (an LSSP and realtor), bring him great joy and pride. Outside of work, Matt enjoys kayak fishing along the coast, playing board games, traveling, and camping in his RV with family and friends. He also teaches Sunday School and actively participates in two men’s Bible studies. Now in his second career, Matt is passionate about serving the mobility access needs of his community. As a CAPS Certified professional and Certified Harmar Technician, he is dedicated to helping individuals maintain independence, comfort, and safety in their homes.
