Dixon Downs, Owner & Operator
Dixon Downs has spent his entire career in construction, starting in heavy civil projects such as mass excavation, highways, and mining, and later moving into residential construction with land development and foundation excavation. Along the way, he saw the need for accessibility solutions in his community and found fulfillment in helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Guided by values of integrity, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, Dixon is dedicated to providing meaningful solutions that make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Dixon’s greatest joy is his family — his wife and three daughters. Together, they share a love of volleyball, along with an active lifestyle that includes sports and time outdoors. Dixon also enjoys riding his motorcycle and treasures the two years he spent in Chile serving a mission with his church. His life and work are grounded in the belief, expressed by Albert Einstein, to “strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”
