Dustin Shoupe, Owner<\/h3>\n

Dustin began his career enlisting out of High School into the Georgia Army National Guard. He served for over 21 years in both Active Duty and Reserve units, retiring in 2024 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He also spent years working in both Army Civil Service and Government Contractor roles focused on Army Logistics and Medical Service realms. Upon his retirement, he wanted to seek a career that continued to fulfill his enjoyment of service to the community, which brought him to Next Day Access as an Owner Operator. He is married to his wife, Katie, who also helps within the business as a Licensed Occupational Therapist.<\/p>\n

Katie Shoupe, Occupational Therapist & Family Consultant<\/h3>\n

Katie began her career working as a licensed Occupational Therapist in the acute care setting. For eleven years, she helped patients regain independence during their hospitalization. She provided patients and their families with the education and recommended equipment needed to return home safely or transition to their next level of care. She now enjoys working alongside her husband, Dustin, to help individuals, families, and companies create safe and customized spaces that fit their needs.<\/p>\n
